The beautifully appointed kitchen is fully equipped for everything from quick snacks to hearty home-cooked meals. Just off the living room, a private fenced-in patio offers a perfect spot to enjoy the outdoors. Upstairs, both bedrooms include en suite bathrooms and flat-screen TVs for added comfort and privacy. A convenient stackable washer and dryer makes quick cleanups easy. Two parking spaces are located directly in front of the townhouse, allowing you to pull right up, unload your luggage, and stroll to the beach.

Parking Guests must park in the two designated parking spaces located directly in front of the townhouse. Please note that two oversized vehicles cannot be accommodated in these spaces. Neighborhood Courtesy Our neighborhood is important to us, and most residents live here full-time. Please be respectful and keep noise to a minimum at all times. Smoking Policy Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere inside the home. Occupancy Limit Maximum overnight occupancy is limited to 6 guests. Pets A maximum of one dog is permitted, subject to additional pet fees. Security Cameras A Ring camera is installed at the front entrance and is positioned outdoors. It does not record any interior spaces. Please do not tamper with or disturb the camera. Age Requirement The primary renter must be at least 21 years old at the time of booking.
